Supporting People When They Need It Most

Continuum Healing Support is a peer-run nonprofit focused on lived-experience support, and bridging gaps in care so people can move forward with dignity.

Continuum Healing Support exists to help fill the spaces where people often fall through the cracks. We believe support should be rooted in lived experience, practical help, dignity, and connection.

This is not about replacing the work others are doing. It is about strengthening the community response, helping people access what they need, and building a more connected continuum of care.
